Beauty?

                                     

                                     "Charm is deceptive,

and beauty is fleeting; 

but a woman who fears 

the LORD is to be praised." 

-Proverbs 31:30

When you think of beauty

what do you think of?

Who is the most beautiful person you know?

Do you focus on your outward beauty

instead of cultivating your inward beauty?

"Your beauty should not come from outward adornment,

such as braided hair 

and the wearing of gold jewelry 

and fine clothes.

(Note: Not that is is wrong to look pretty and feminine,

in fact we can bring honor and glory to God in and through that, 

but that should not be the focus of our lives.

We should not be consumed with just

our outward appearence)

Instead, it should be that of your inner self, 

the unfading beauty of 

a gentle and quiet spirit, 

which is of great worth in God's sight."
